Creates a user upgrade receipt.

Features:

• All phrases start with userupgradereceipt_ for your convenience.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-UserUpgradeReceipt-1.5.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/UserUpgradeReceipt directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.

Setup:

User group permissions

Select the 'User upgrade receipt' and set the Registered user group to Yes.

Custom user fields

Create a Custom user field called "company" and select Multi-line text box for the field type.

Options page

Enter your company details into the Options page.
